Meditation Nation

Meditation has amazing health benefits. It’s been known to reduce stress, increase awareness, bring positivity, increase quality of life, and theres been documented proof of its ability to heal chronic illnesses such as cancer, autoimmune diseases and injury. I’m not implying that it should be used to treat serious or acute medical emergencies. Please seek medical care if needed. It’s a discipline, it’s not fun or thrilling in the beginning. You’ll probably find it monotonous and boring but if you stay with it, you’ll notice things start changing in your life. After a couple months of habitual mindful meditation, I noticed my mood lifted and my mind increased awareness to new possibilities. Then slowly, things started to go the right’s direction in my life. Through guided meditation, self development videos, books, speeches, my confidence increased. My relationships became better, I lost my fear of Society and other people which were internally driven and I never realized. I became a better version of myself. You truly can manifest your own reality with the right tools and guidance. Life will never be perfect but at least it can be manageable.

Meditation helped me to organize my thoughts and brought self awareness. Something I never had before. It allowed me to understand the idea that I was living in fear, all my decisions were based on fear. Most people do things out of fear of what may happen if they don’t, the consequences. It also allowed me to look at others without judgement or labels. We are all people, we just attach labels on ourselves based on how we think others see us or on how we think society judges us. It’s all internal. That was not working for me. We have to shut out all outside noises and clutter in our minds. The false noises we believe shapes us into who we are. We are spiritual beings having a human experience and that’s all.

When someone dies, their bodies, as a system cease to function, but their spirit remains. Nurses will often open the window in the room of a patient who is dying so the spirit may exit. Why do we talk to our loved ones after they pass? Because we know their spirit remains, the spirit is the person not the labels attached.
